São Paulo, april 2026 – NGK won first place in the 16th edition of the Everest Prize 2026, in the Process Suitability category. The award, promoted by BR AutoParts, company of the Comolatti Group, recognizes outstanding suppliers in the automotive sector. The award considers criteria such as compliance with processes, technological level and financial performance, highlighting the relevance of solid and strategic partnerships in the replacement chain.
The ceremony brought together the 25 best rated suppliers in the Supplier Qualification System (SQF), methodology developed in partnership with Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). The model prioritizes objective indicators, encourages continuous improvement and seeks to reduce so-called invisible costs, such as delays in deliveries, returns, traceability failures and communication noise, factors that directly impact the sector’s operational efficiency.
NGK's recognition at the top of the ranking highlights the brand's commitment to excellence in its processes, the reliability of its products and the consistency of its performance with partners. The achievement also reinforces the company's role in strengthening a more efficient replacement chain, transparent and aligned with market demands.
