‘Partiu Trabalho’ Project! 3′ helps in the training of young people from Mogi das Cruzes/SP in the search for their first job

The initiative focuses on improvisation and body expression to prepare students for the challenges of the corporate world
The project “Partiu Trabalho! 3” will be held between the days 22/04 for the second time in a row 15/05, in State Schools in Mogi das Cruzes/SP, offering free performing arts workshops for young students from the 1st to 3rd year of high school. The initiative comes in a context in which entering the job market represents one of the most challenging moments for young people, requiring technical qualifications and skills such as communication, organization, teamwork and personal safety, which are skills that are increasingly valued by companies.

The training will consist of face-to-face meetings, in which participants will develop techniques aimed at the job market, using theater as a pedagogical tool to strengthen behavioral skills and encourage youth protagonism. The project will end with the presentation of a theatrical show open to the community and at the end of the activities, young people will receive a certificate of participation. UNESCO reports on arts education show that the inclusion of cultural and artistic practices in the educational process can enhance learning outcomes and develop skills such as creativity, collaboration and empathy, skills valued in the professional environment and in social life.

Executed through the Culture Incentive Law, the project “Partiu Trabalho! 3” is produced by Odin Films, support from Komedi Projetos, sponsored by Niterra do Brasil and is carried out by the Ministry of Culture and Government of Brazil – On the side of the Brazilian people.

The Law also contributes to expanding citizens’ access to Culture, since sponsored projects are obliged to offer a social contribution, that is, they have to distribute part of the tickets free of charge and promote training and training actions within the communities.
